As an important driving force of the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution, artificial intelligence (AI) has profoundly changed people's life, work, education and learning. Thus, AI technology application in teaching management has increased and become one of the important teaching contents in primary and secondary schools.

Three constructive suggestions for future development in AI education:

The first is to build a fair and quality AI education ecosystem. The development of AI has raised unprecedented requirements for educators. First of all, from the perspective of national strategy, the top-level design of AI education should be carried out, macro-planning and plans should be formulated at the national level, and then adjustments should be made according to regional differences. Secondly, the state should invest heavily in research projects related to AI education, formulate policies for the cultivation of the talent pool for AI, and provide the platform for AI application and usage. Finally, it is necessary to establish the correct value orientation of AI to cultivate Chinese citizens with a sense of social responsibility with emphasis on ethical considerations. 

The second is to improve the ability of teachers to apply AI education technology. In the future classroom, human teachers and AI teachers will perform teaching tasks together. Firstly, actively carry out cross-school and cross-regional teaching and research activities. By using the classroom teaching intelligent analysis system, targeted training services will assist educators to conduct in-depth AI learning. Secondly, organize and carry out AI related skills training to promote teachers to actively apply AI technology to carry out teaching activities.

The third is to promote the reform of school education evaluation and improve the student evaluation mechanism. With the help of big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies, based on the dynamic data of students in the learning process, the evaluation system can be implemented to analyze student’s performance and learning process. On the other hand, optimizing the education evaluation method by analyzing the core evaluation indicators on a regular basis, focusing on the development of students' core literacy and building a comprehensive quality evaluation system for students can help to build a complete path of AI empowerment in the field of education.
