Producing an International Artist Programme Across Museums, Fashion and Film
Tim Yip (International Programme)
A bilingual production system turning a body of artistic work into a programme of exhibitions, collaborations and film projects.
1The Challenge
An internationally recognised designer and visual artist wanted to convert a body of work into a programme of exhibitions, fashion collaborations and film projects across Europe and Asia. Each opportunity involved different venues, brands and institutions, and each needed its own programme document, sponsorship case and bilingual presentation. Without a production system, proposals drifted in quality and partners could not see how the work connected into one coherent programme.
2Our Approach
Programme Documents
Structured each project into a bilingual programme document covering concept, venue, partners, schedule and commercial structure.
Partner Proposals
Prepared sponsor and partner-facing presentations for museum, retail and venue collaborations.
Bilingual Editorial
Wrote and edited Chinese and English content for presentations, catalogues and press material.
Commercial Support
Supported merchandise planning, artwork logistics and contract documentation for touring work.
What We Delivered
Why It Worked
“Cultural programmes are sold on coherence. Producing each opportunity from a shared bilingual template let the artist present a connected body of work rather than a series of unlinked one-off requests.”
