Operating an International Student Photography Awards Programme
GSPA Photography Awards
A scheduled bilingual content system that kept an international awards programme coherent from launch to submission.
1The Challenge
An international student photography award needs consistent, bilingual communication to hold attention across a long submission cycle: opening announcements, category explanations, sponsorship propositions, entry submissions and results. The organising team had to coordinate awards copy, sponsorship documents, entry-platform text and social channels in both languages, while keeping every dated announcement on schedule. Without a single content system, messaging drifted between channels and sponsor conversations lacked a clear proposition.
2Our Approach
Sponsorship Proposition
Drafted sponsorship context and details documents so prospective partners could see audience, reach and value in one place.
Awards Copy
Produced and pre-published the awards copy deck, including category framing and eligibility, in Chinese and English.
Entry Platform Content
Wrote the bilingual copy for the external submission platform and announcement pages.
Channel Cadence
Scheduled WeChat and Instagram announcements across the submission window, including the student category launch.
What We Delivered
Why It Worked
“Awards succeed or fail on cadence. Holding sponsorship copy, awards text and channel announcements in one bilingual system meant every date shipped on time and every channel told the same story.”
