Building a Brand and Project Portfolio System for a Home Improvement Platform
QQHomes
A brand and case-library system that turns completed renovation work into repeatable sales collateral.
1The Challenge
A Chinese-language home improvement platform in the UK competed on trust: homeowners want proof that a contractor can handle their specific job, on budget and to regulation. The business had completed real projects, including loft conversions, rear extensions and HMO conversions, but the evidence sat in scattered drawings, contracts and photos rather than in a presentable portfolio. There was no brand platform, no sized case library and no plan for how completed work should be documented for marketing.
2Our Approach
Brand & Platform
Defined the platform brand, logo system and user experience direction for the platform concept.
Business Plan
Produced the business plan and design-UX presentation used to explain the platform to partners and investors.
Project Case Library
Packaged completed projects into standard case formats, covering scope, drawings, planning constraints and outcome, issued as versioned brochures.
Demand Content
Wrote Chinese home improvement content for seasonal and renovation topics to feed WeChat and social channels.
What We Delivered
Why It Worked
“In home improvement, proof beats persuasion. Standardising how each completed project is documented made the portfolio reusable across proposals, social channels and partner conversations without re-shooting or rewriting.”
